Fully Furnished and Equipped Semi Basement / Ground Floor Studio with own seperate street entrance (studio inlcludes wc/shower and a kitchennete). The studio is part of a three storey listed builiding that benefits several architectural features.

The studio is very sunny (despite being semi – basement) and is fully equipped with modern amenities such as air-conditioning/heating, a choice between a comfortable double bed (140×200) or two large-single beds (120×194), bedside tables, a wardrobe, dinning table with chairs ensuring utmost comfort for guests. The kitcenette is fully equipped and operational (oven/hobs, fridge, coffe-machine, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery). The wc/shower room has recently been redecorated (May 2023) and includes towel rails.

We’ve been hosting students from all over Europe for nearly 10 years. The building has 17 private en-suite rooms across three floors (five per floor). Each floor has a shared kitchen, and every room gets its own dedicated fridge in that kitchen—so your groceries stay yours. 🍽️🧊
