15. Tenants shall not open any locked Owner’s closets, move or change
wiring to any TV, electric appliances or any equipment.
16. Violations of rental policies, occupancy, pet and house rules or Rental
Agreement conditions will result in immediate termination of stay with
no refund of any kind and forfeiture of any Damage deposit.
