A comfortable, sunny and quiet 2nd floor apartment in the most central part of the area, overlooking the green park. It has a proper layout with a bedroom and a kitchen.

Ideally it can accommodate a couple, but in case of extra guests, it also has a sofa bed and we can provide an extra bed in the living room if necessary.

We provide all comforts and equipment to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

The apartment is located in the most central part of the area, next to the center of Athens. Within walking distance of  the Medical, Dental and Nursing Schools and just a few minutes away from the National Technical University of Athens. In the busy square of St. Thomas, which is 3 minutes away, you will find nice cafes and restaurants. A bus stop is a minute away to go to the center of Athens. It is a 15-minute walk from the bus stop for the airport and 12-minutes from the M.Mousikis Μetro station, to reach every corner of Athens.  In the most central part of the area with access to transport, local market, supermarkets, bakery.

We provide 300-mbps fiber optic internet as well as free Netflix.

To lighten your luggage, we provide you bed linen and towels.
