A spacious, quiet, bright, clean and comfortable, 2 bdr stylish apartment, near city center. It can comfortably accommodate two to three people, since it provides a very spacious double room and a cosy, comfortable single room. Both bedrooms  offer privacy and comfort since they are not next to each other -the common space of Kitchen /dining  area is between the 2 bedrooms..

Located on the first floor of a modern building, in a highly wanted, absolutely safe residential area, just moments from the heart of city center (approx. 10-15 min walk-1,4 klm).

Bus stop for universities or hospitals are in a short walking distance too. Many students have lived in this building before, exactly for this reason: easy access to univeristies or hospitals (practice in medicine) but in a walking distance for the vibrant city center.

The neighborhood is also an asset: All daily amenities are on your feet: big supermarkets, grocery, bakery,meat market, pharmacies, pastry house, cafes, family local restaurants, taxi stations, public transports, doctors, services etc..

The biggest park area “Eukalyptus” is just within a 5 min walking distance, under the spectacular Venetian Walls for slow long walks or jogging,  facing marvellous views above the city and the endless blue horizon of Cretan sky and sea..

The double room can comfortably accommodate one to two roommates. There are two large  built -in wardrobes in the appartment hallway too, one for each room, exclusively for private use. It provides a strong 12Btu A/C  for heating and cooling and has access in a very large deck veranda with outdoor furniture for a deep relax after a long day..

The single room features one single bed, a dedicated work space with a desk for study,  an office chair, a bookcase and a large built-in wardrobe just outside of the room’s door, for private use as described above.  It is air -conditionned and has access too in a very large deck veranda with outdoor furniture for slow mornings or afternoons..

The apartment also features one renovated comfortable  bathroom with an 8kg washine machine and a fully equipped large kitchen with a dining table/chairs, family fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, kitchenware, clothes iron/ironing board, cleaning equippment, dryer rank etc.

Private Wi-Fi is also available (optional) with a standard (5 euros /month) or an advanced program with unlimited data ( 30 euros/month)  and a solar water heating system too, offering all day/all year sufficient hot water supply.  All standard utilities such as electricity, water supply and building costs are included in the monthly rent of 1280 euros.
