Located on the ground floor of a beautiful 1950s building, the perfect place to stay and rest and to recharge your batteries… Ideally situated in the charming, lively & safe multicultural inner city neighbourhood of Kypseli, 2 mins away from one of the nicest pedestrian streets in Athens and close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as interesting places to see and walk. Away from the tourist traps, 5 mins walk to public transport ( 15 mins walk to Victoria train station and/or Attiki train/Metro station, 30 mins walk to Athens Center ) and easy access to all of Athens.

15 minute walk from the wonderful Pedio tou Areos inner city park/gardens.

5 minute walk to at least 2 separate laundromats.

The apartment is being listed as an entire place but at a better price than it would otherwise be listed… The reason for this is that I am an alternative therapist and this apartment is my work space. I would like to be able to use a couple of the rooms in the apartment ( entrance, healing room and bathroom ) for a couple of days a week, a few hours at a time, as needed and by appointment with you… You would need to be out of the apartment at those times. Apart from that, the apartment would be all yours… So it would be much better than just having a room in an apartment and is “an entire apartment” for  most of the time. While I am using the space, your bedroom door would be closed, I will be with my client at all times and your possessions would be more than safe. The times I would need the apartment – there may be weeks and times when I will not be needing it at all… – would be on Saturdays around 12:00 or 13:00 till around 15:00 and/or on a weekday, for around the same time… Very rarely I would need it on a Saturday evening, around 18:30 till 20:30… These times would be communicated in advance and agreed to by both of us. I just need you to be a neat, tidy and respectful person who will love staying in my space…

Lovingly curated, the apartment has a large bedroom suite which includes a couch, good sized wardrobe and cute & practical table for eating and/or just sitting.

Sleeping arrangements are your choice of a single, twins or queen sized ( 160cm ) bed. Colourful, warm and bold linens. I am happy to include in the price fresh towels and sheets every 1 – 2 weeks. ♥

For cooling and heating there is air conditioning but the apartment, being on the ground floor, is naturally cool in the summer – the standing fan with some open windows are usually more than enough to keep the edge off the summer heat – and retains heat well in the winter.

There is a fully carpeted – no shoes please! – room complete with lots of comfortable cushions and an eco friendly yoga mat which you can use as a place to do your daily yoga practise or just lay around on the floor & relax/let go… It is a healing space, so you can also meditate, read, journal or do anything along this path that makes you feel good…

A cosy but very well organised kitchen has everything you could need for a short ( and not so short ) stay. A half size fridge with small freezer compartment, an electric stove top with 2 burners, a large air fryer, a toaster, toasted sandwich maker, electric kettle, a glass/BPA free blender for breakfast smoothies, an electric orange juicer and even a popcorn maker! Basic tea and coffee making supplies and utensils are supplied as are cooking and eating vessels & utensils, BPA free plastic and glass food storage containers, mugs, glasses, plates etc. There is also a good quality water filter which you can use for your drinking and cooking water. BYO portable water bottle and save on plastic and money!

The gorgeously vibrant bright yellow and green bathroom has a bathtub and shower, beautiful rounded corners, bright happy colours and creative copper details as well as plenty of hooks for hanging your clothes and towels.

The front room features a big desk to work on and a cosy comfortable couch. Set up your laptop and keep your bedroom just for relaxing and sleeping and/or use it just as an entrance room to sit and relax.

The welcoming entranceway has a bench and shoe rack where you can get comfortable, take off your shoes and put on house slippers and a place to hang coats, jackets and bags.

There is enough storage throughout the apartment to store your suitcases out of sight and have all of your clothes hanging and well organised, as you wish!
