This apartment building is home to families and workers. To ensure everyone enjoys peace, please follow these simple guidelines. Thank you for being a wonderful neighbor!

1  Quiet Hours & Respect (Most Important!)

• Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep music, TV, and conversations low.

• No Stomping/Loud Noise: Since we are on the 3rd floor, sound travels. Please be mindful of noise, especially walking and moving things.

• Gently Please: Close all doors (apartment and building entrance) gently—no slamming!

2 Apartment & Building Care

• No Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the apartment or common areas. Dispose of butts responsibly outside.

• Shoes Off: Kindly remove shoes upon entering to keep the space clean and reduce noise for the unit below.

• Garbage: Use only the designated bins outside the building. Never leave trash in the hallway.

• Security: Always lock the apartment and main building doors when leaving.

3  Safety Notes for Children

• No Running/Jumping Inside: Please strongly discourage running or jumping. This noise is very disruptive to the downstairs neighbors.

• Supervise Children: Children must be supervised at all times in common areas (hallways, elevator) and especially on the balcony.

• Elevator: Use the elevator safely. Do not allow children to play with the buttons.

4  Important Contact

• Emergencies: Call the local emergency number first, then notify us immediately.

• Maintenance: If you see any issue (leak, broken item), tell us right away so we can fix it before it becomes a big problem.
