RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
2. No pets are allowed in the property.
3. No parties or events allowed unless by advance written permission
from the Owner.
4. Occupant must be at least 18 years of age to rent and be present
during the entire stay – no third-party rentals allowed.
5. Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or
responsible adult present at the property and must never be left at the
property unsupervised.

6. No occupancy above stated time-limit at any time. Number of guests in
the Rental Agreement must include all adults and all children - no
matter how young.
7. Tenants shall leave the Property in the same condition as existed upon
check-in.
8. Tenants should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs
neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 3:00pm-
5:30pm and 11:00pm-7:00am
9. The unit is privately owned. The Owner is not responsible for any
accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its
facilities. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal
belongings or valuables of the Tenant(s). By accepting this reservation,
it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm
arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use
the premise.
10. Tenants shall properly use, operate, and maintain the Property and its
contents and amenities, including, without limitation, all furnishings,
appliances, electronics, furniture, plumbing fixtures and any other
amenities. Tenants shall fully secure and lock the Property at all times
when Tenants are not present.
11. The Property will be cleaned prior to Tenant’s arrival and after
departure. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath
towels are included in the unit.
12. There shall be no refunds or discounts if any amenities are not
available or are inoperable. Tenants will notify Owner immediately if
any amenities are not available, inoperable, or become inoperable.
13. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage bin, located at the
front of the house. Tenants needs to take their garbage daily to the
garbage bins.
14. Tenants must not flush anything in the toilets, not even toilet paper,
waste bins must be used.
15. Tenants shall not open any locked Owner’s closets, move or change
wiring to any TV, electric appliances or any equipment.
16. Violations of rental policies, occupancy, pet and house rules or Rental
Agreement conditions will result in immediate termination of stay with
no refund of any kind and forfeiture of any Damage deposit.
