Found your next home? Great! Reserve it directly on Nostus in a few clicks. Once your reservation is accepted by the host, you will need to make your payment in order to confirm the reservation and secure your new amazing place!

After paying, you will have secured your next home. You can reach out to the host to arrange any details for your arrival to ensure a smooth moving-in experience.
We will provide you and the host with a model contract in English, that can be used as is or adapted to specific needs.
We will only transfer the money to the host after you move in, unless you notify us of any issues with the property within 24 hours.
