A dining counter with stools and a dedicated workspace with desk and shelves make it perfect for both studying and working from home.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass door and storage space. The studio is equipped with air conditioning (heating & cooling), LED lighting, double-glazed windows, sound and thermal insulation, a security door and a private balcony.
